María Elena Reyes, from Cuevas Abogados, participating in "The Value of Gender Diversity and Equity in Companies" workshop

The workshop is aimed at entrepreneurs who wish to update themselves on gender equity issues in the business field.

The participation of women in the labor market is not a matter of human rights or corporate social responsibility. We are convinced that the incorporation of women into the labor market contributes to the country's productivity and business profitability. The diversity of gender, professions, abilities, ages, cultures, etc., contributes to innovation, work environments, productivity, and is necessary for the sustainability of the business.

Through this discussion we want to share evidence, opinions and actions that support this statement and show them the challenges that companies have at the organizational, cultural and legal level, as well as experiences of good work practices in this regard.
