William Villalobos is a recognized expert in Regulatory Law in the field of TMT (Technologies, Media and Telecommunications) & Energy.
During his last 5 years he stood out as General Counsel for Regulation and Competition in the Public Services Company of Heredia (ESPH), leading the structuring of important country projects in Telecommunications, Infocommunications, Energy Generation and Renewable Energies.
His work has been recognized in prestigious rankings: (i) in 2018 he was listed among the top 100 In-house lawyers in the Central America GC Powerlist index of the London Magazine "The 500 Legal"; (ii) in 2019 he joined the Latin American Corporate Counsel Association (Lacca).
