April 30 is the Deadline to Register Employment Contracts Entered into Prior to October 1, 2021.

On April 30, 2021, Law No. 21,327 on modernization of the Labor Directorate was published, which entered into force on October 1, 2021. The rule requires employers to register employment contracts entered into after October 1 of October 2021 on the website of the Labor Directorate within a period of 15 days from the celebration of this.

In the case of employment contracts entered into prior to October 1, 2021, the Employer must register them no later than within one year from the publication of the Law, a term that expires on April 30, 2022.
