Andrea is a partner of Algebra, a boutique consulting firm specialized in supporting Italian companies establishing and developing their business in Asia, and the co-founder & managing partner of Blue Spark Hub, the growth program for European scaleups in the Asia-Pacific region.
He brings 15+ years of business development and investment experience in South-East Asia and Greater China, having supported companies in industries such as luxury, retail, FMCG, supply-chain management, oil & gas, and tech.
Before Algebra and Blue Spark Hub, Andrea was managing director and board member of Fremura Group in Asia, one of the oldest Italian companies in the shipping and supply-chain management industry where he successfully led the transition from a joint venture with a regional partner to an independent and wholly owned subsidiary. As shareholder and advisor of P&P (now Hawksford) Andrea was instrumental in establishing their Singapore practice.
Prior to Fremura Group, Andrea held several regional advisory positions where he advised clients in their go to market strategies and operations.
Andrea studied business and economics, and while at university served on the international secretariat of AIESEC, the international students association. Like any other Italian male, he imagines that he is very good at football, especially when playing in goal.
