Carlos Manubens was Manubens Abogados founder.
He has devoted his professional career to providing companies with legal advice. He is a specialist in company law, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. In addition to this, he has a wealth of experience in advising companies and public bodies on matters specifically related to product distribution.
As a lecturer he teaches at the Barcelona University and the ESADE business school, as well as giving focused lectures in a wide range of institutions and associations. Based on his in-depth knowledge of the commercial sector, he has published numerous articles. He co-authored the work, “The New Tax Levied on Shopping Arcades” and coordinated the collective compilation “Regulating Retail Trade: Notes on Law 7/1996 and Organic Law 2/1996″.
