Desireé professional practice focuses principally on the area of banking law and real estate law. She advises banking institutions on their legal needs and regulations relating to their operations, products and services within the area of commercial and personal banking, including the preparation of mortgage contracts, pledges without relinquishing possession, contracts of conditional sales and other types of warranty and its corresponding registration. Her practice area also includes real estate law including providing advice for property acquisition, transfer registration, subdivision requests, demarcation of real estate, constitution of condominium regimes and further provisions relating to the Real Estate Registration Act and its corresponding implementing regulations.
