Gelda María is a founding partner of Cáceres Torres and in charge of the banking practice area of the firm. Her field of expertise is principally Banking law and Real Estate law. She advises banking institutions regarding their legal needs and the regulations relating to their operations, products and services in the areas of commercial and personal banking. Her practice area also encompasses Real Estate law including advice in regard to the acquisition of buildings, registration of transfers, subdivision applications and property surveying, establishment of condominium schemes and other processes provided by the Real Estate Registration Act and their corresponding application regulations.
