His fields of expertise are Commercial and Corporate Law with a specialisation in complex mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, consolidations and liquidations. He usually assists national and multinational companies in the preparation and negotiation of different types of contracts and commercial agreements including advice and instrumentation of contracts for the acquisition of buildings and other types of assets and businesses. Furthermore, he assists in the incorporation of companies and advises potential business owners of the most advantageous structure for the execution of their projects and operations, partnership agreements and tax issues.
