An Associate in the firm's Real Estate Group, Laura Medeiros’ general real estate practice focuses on zoning and leasing matters, environmental law, and development. Prior to joining the firm, Laura served as Counsel to Audax Group, a private equity and venture capital firm specializing in leveraged buyouts, mezzanine capital and senior debt, primarily in middle-market companies. While in law school, Laura interned with the Rhode Island Office of the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Unit and worked at a boutique law firm focusing primarily on business litigation and family law. Laura served as online editor of Suffolk University Law Review, and was awarded multiple honors including Best Brief Award (Legal Practice Skills), Distinguished Oral Advocate (Legal Practice Skills), and the Torts and Property Jurisprudence Awards. Laura is a member of the Boston Bar Association. She received her J.D. from Suffolk University and her B.A. from College of the Holy Cross.
