In his professional practice he has participated in numerous negotiations and instrumentation of civil and commercial contracts, and also in advising and evacuating queries on notarial legal issues, with an emphasis on real estate, purchase, sale, mortgage, leasing, condominium property and agribusiness; approval processes and constitution of guarantees to obtain credit before financial institutions such as mortgage, pledge, leasing, assignment of rights; notarial due diligence, survey and regularization of property titles and corporate documentation; constitution and regularization of commercial companies; support and advice to foreign companies in bidding processes and installation of their branches in Uruguay.
