Rafael is a founding partner of Cáceres Torres. His field of expertise principally focuses on the areas of banking law, mining law, administrative law and litigation and arbitration.
He represents mining companies in the establishment of their operations in the Dominican Republic and in the legal requirements and regulations that these operations demand. He also advises banking institutions in their daily operations. He has vast experience in litigation matters, contractual negotiations and arbitration. His field of expertise also includes corporate and business practice areas.
He has further been the chairman of the Conciliation and Arbitration Commission of the Chamber of Commerce and Production of Santo Domingo, Inc.
