Dr. Matz looks back on many years of litigation experience before both civil and fiscal courts. One focus of Dr. Matz’s work is legal assistance for auditors, tax advisors, other lawyers, notaries and insolvency administrators. He as well supports executive boards, managing directors and supervisory boards in D&O liability cases.
In addition, he renders his services to companies and entrepreneurs in corporate and tax law matters with regard to related matters of insolvency law. In this context, he advises directors and managers as well as owners and shareholders in matters related to M&A transactions, business foundations, business share sales and corporate succession. He represents your interests in shareholder disputes as well as the assertion of and the defense against civil claims.
He represents and advises you in disputes with tax authorities and in criminal tax law matters. He cooperates with and supports tax advisors and auditors to find discreet solutions to complex problems in the area of tax, balancing and business law matters.
