Tatsiana Rudzko originally joined the firm in January 2016 as a paralegal in the Dispute Resolution Department where she dealt with a range of Landlord & Tenant litigation, which included service charge disputes, enforcement of county court judgments, forfeiture proceedings, possession of residential and commercial property claims and acquisition orders.
Tatsiana also has expertise in insolvency particularly in bankruptcy and winding up proceedings in the High Court and County Courts acting for petitioners and debtor companies.
