An Associate in the firm's Real Estate group, Yareni Sanchez focuses her practice on development, acquisition, permitting, zoning, financing and leasing. Yareni represents clients in the development of mixed-use, office, retail, institutional, industrial and residential projects.
Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Yareni served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Deborah A. Batts in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and as a legislative aide for the office of a New York City Council Speaker. Yareni also placed in the 2015 Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston's Affordable Housing Competition, through which she helped create a proposal for an affordable housing development on an underutilized site in Malden, MA.
