Pragma operates by a General Assembly and a Board of Directors.

The Ordinary Meeting agrees on the adoption of the budget and the balance sheet; on the appointment of the Board of Directors and on the ratification of the admission of new members.

The Board is the principal governing body.

The key responsibilities of the Board include approving long-term strategy, developing the network, protecting and enhancing the Pragma brand, coordinating the business and disseminating information to members.
