The Order that will establish the regulatory bases for calls to the Incentive Program for electricity and heat production facilities from renewable energies in substitution of production from fossil fuels, and also the Resolution of the first call.

This Incentive Program will be processed centrally by the IDAE as the most appropriate method due to the nature of the projects and the limited budget. In this way, the management of public funds will be optimized and a significant volume of investment will be encouraged in the execution of projects.

The purpose of this public consultation is to make public texts on which to collect, directly or through representative organizations, the opinion of all kinds of entities interested in carrying out projects that are the object of the Incentive Program.
