Regulatory Distortion to the Detriment of Public Service Providers and End Users
Project 22.064, Reform of Articles 31 and 82 and addition of transitory VIII of Law 7593 Law of the Regulatory Authority of Public Services (Aresep) are discussed in the legislative stream; which, in my opinion, is nothing more than a regulatory distortion to the detriment of the different providers of public services and consequently harmful to the end user.

His professional practice has focused on the legal structuring of public-private participation models in Telecommunications, Infocommunications, Power Generation and Renewable Energy Projects.
