The rule requires employers to register employment contracts entered into after October 1 of October 2021 on the website of the Labor Directorate within a period of 15 days from the celebration of this.

In the case of employment contracts entered into prior to October 1, 2021, the Employer must register them no later than within one year from the publication of the Law, a term that expires on April 30, 2022.
