Studio Rossi-Gerosa, in collaboration with Studio Corno Avvocati, assisted the shareholders of the Italian company Aludesign S.p.A. and the Romanian company Securit Group S.r.l. in the sale of their shareholdings to Skylotec, a German-born group leader, in the production of personal fall protection equipment and safety systems for industry and sport.

The shareholders were assisted by Dr. Federico Rossi, who oversaw the overall management of the deal, assisted by a team from Studio Corno Avvocati formed by the Partner Avv. Giorgio Corno and the Associate Avv. Stefano Pittau, for assistance relating to the acquisition contract, whilst the aspects of Romanian law were handled by Avv. Romeo Nicolescu.

Skylotec was assisted in all phases of the operation by a team of Rödl & Partner professionals led by the Italian Managing Partner Avv. Stefan Brandes and mainly formed by Senior Associate Avv. Sebastiano Iacono, who took care of the overall management of the deal, from the due diligence phase to the drafting and negotiation of the acquisition contract, and by Petre Lungu, Romanian lawyer and Associate Partner at Rödl & Partner Romania, who followed the acquisition steps related to the aspects of Romanian law.
