Manubens incorporates Raúl de Cruïlles Viola in his Barcelona office to reinforce the Arbitration and Litigation Department.

Mr. Cruïlles has extensive experience in procedural and commercial law. In his previous position at Euroforo Arasa & de Miquel, he demonstrated his skills in matters related to commercial distribution contracts, banking and mortgage products and construction law, also participating in multiple professional liability, damages and company procedures.

In addition, he brings proven knowledge in bankruptcy and pre-bankruptcy proceedings, procedures for debt relief and in processes for the sale of assets and productive units in competition, being also qualified as Administrator and Mediator Insolvency by the Barcelona Bar Association.

In Manubens Abogados, Mr. Cruïlles will be responsible for civil and commercial proceedings and insolvency proceedings, advising companies and individuals (in the provision of solutions to avoid conflicts), and in the procedure for their resolution in Judicial or arbitral proceedings.
