Exempt Resolution No. 1,209 published on September 1, 2022 modifies and establishes new requirements for non-resident foreigners to enter the country.
The main changes consist of:

• The elimination of Form C19 as a requirement to enter the country.
• The need for medical insurance is eliminated
• Foreigners who have a vaccination certificate issued by the country of origin may enter the country. This certificate will also be equivalent to the Mobility Pass.
• Unvaccinated foreigners may enter the country with a negative PCR that has a maximum of 48 hours from departure to Chile.
