Responsible for the Notarial Area and provides assistance to the Legal Area.

His experience includes the negotiation and instrumentation of civil and commercial contracts, as well as advice and evacuation of queries on notarial legal issues, with an emphasis on real estate, purchase, sale, mortgage, lease, horizontal property; approval processes and constitution of guarantees to obtain credit before financial institutions such as mortgage, pledge, leasing, assignment of rights; notarial due diligence, survey and regularization of property titles and corporate documentation; constitution and regularization of commercial companies; support and advice to foreign companies in bidding processes and installation of their branches in Uruguay.
