Benjamin was an Associate in the real estate group of an Am Law 200 law firm. Benjamin has also worked as an associate in the Complex Dispute Resolution practice of a prominent Washington, D.C. law firm where he gained extensive experience representing clients in all aspects of civil litigation and settlement administration, which included drafting regulations, policy statements and settlement agreements, managing the claims settlement process, and participation in other aspects of litigation.
