About
Doctor in Law and Social Sciences, graduated from the University of the Republic. Pursuing Master of Laws – LL.M. from the University of Montevideo. Aspiring Professor in the Chair of Private International Law of the Faculty of Law – University of the Republic.
Her practice focuses on the analysis and negotiation of pre-litigation disputes, as well as litigation; She has experience in Civil, Commercial and Administrative Law.
Her experience includes advising and representing companies in the areas of reference and Private International Law; in particular, regarding the evacuation of regulatory consultations and contract analysis.
She was a member of the UDELAR Arbitration Team that participated in the “IX International Arbitration Competition”, which was held for the first time in Uruguay and was hosted by the University of Montevideo in 2016; the IV edition of the “International Investment Arbitration Competition” that took place at the Externado University of Bogotá, Colombia in 2017; and the V edition of the “International Investment Arbitration Competition” that took place at the American University Washington College of Law in 2018.
Within the framework of her academic activity, she has attended different conferences and meetings related to Private International Law and International Commercial and Investment Arbitration. She has also published several articles of interest in different Newsletters regarding the updating of the General Law of Private International Law.
