Frederik specialises in commercial litigation and international arbitration, and he heads the Specialised Dispute Resolution.
Frederik acts as legal counsel to Danish as well as international clients in disputes of various kinds, including particularly disputes concerning commercial contracts, intellectual property law, competition law, M&A disputes, management liability, marketing practices, and corporate criminal liability.
Frederik has extensive experience in mediation proceedings.
He also assists clients in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, including license agreements.
He has considerable experience in conducting legal investigations within various sectors, and he acts as counsel in various investigations by law enforcement and regulatory bodies.
Frederik is entitled to appear before the Danish Supreme Court and also acts as arbitrator.
Frederik holds a law degree from the University of Copenhagen (Master of Laws in 2008) and an LL.M. in European Law (distinction) from the University of Kent at Canterbury (2008).
He speaks English, French, German and Swedish.
