Graduated in law at the School of Law and Social Sciences, Buenos Aires University, 1989 and Member of Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal (Federal Capital Bar Association) and of Colegio de Abogados de San Isidro, Buenos Aires Province, (San Isidro Bar Association). Member and Secretary of Pro Bono Committee, Colegio de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (Buenos Aires City Bar Association).
He started practicing law at Basílico, Fernández Madero & Duggan. In 1990 he joined Fornieles & del Carril Law Firm and in the year 2000 he became partner until its dissolution. He is founding partner of del Carril, Colombres, Vayo & Zavalía Lagos, Law Firm.
Assistant Professor of Labor Law, School of Economics and Social Sciences, Universidad Católica Argentina. Professor of the Training Program for Lawyers and Member of the Academic Committee of FORES (Foro de Estudios sobre la Administración de Justicia). Assistant professor of Labor and Social Security Law, School of Law, Universidad Católica Argentina.
