Jared L. Tardy

Jared Tardy is a real estate lawyer who handles complex commercial real estate transactions for developers, owners and institutional investors.

He counsels clients on the acquisition, leasing, financing, restructuring and sale of retail, office, industrial and hotel properties throughout the country. Jared also represents sponsors and investors in joint venture transactions for the purchase of a range of commercial properties.

In addition, Jared is a Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Group and serves on the firm's Executive Committee.
