Julienne Coffey joined Bishop & Sewell LLP in October 2007, having previously trained and worked in Hertford.
She undertakes all areas of conveyancing work, primarily assisting clients in buying and selling their properties. She also undertakes mortgage work for individuals and lenders. Most of her work is within the London area but she also assists client in moving in and out of London and buying second homes or buy-to-let properties.
In addition, Julienne is able to assist in related leasehold work including granting new leases and licenses to alter.
She is a member of the Law Society Property Section and on the Conveyancing Committee for the City of London and Holborn Law Society.
