Linda was admitted as a solicitor on 1st October 1980. Linda has extensive experience of civil litigation claims including personal injury, housing, contractual disputes and employment cases. Prior to joining Bishop & Sewell, Linda worked at Fisher Meredith where she became a Partner in 2004.
Linda deals extensively with financial applications within divorce, judicial separation and civil partnership dissolution, often with a foreign element. She also specialises in cohabitee disputes, prenuptial agreements, Children Act and Inheritance Act applications for private, often involving high net worth clients.
