MBA – Master in Business Administration and Management at the IEEM Business School – University of Montevideo.
Her practice focuses on tax advice and planning, business and accounting consultancy to national and international companies that operate in different sectors, such as commercial, industrial and services.
Her experience includes providing advice on the choice of corporate engineering, acquisition and incorporation of companies, spin-off, reform of bylaws, integrated capital increases, among others. Diagnosis of the company's tax situation and valuation of contingencies, as well as tax planning and advice in general; preparation of Financial Statements; analysis and preparation of profitability and management reports, including control of outsourcing processes. Design and implementation of financial plans, costing systems and investment projects.
