PhD in Law and Social Sciences, graduated from the University of the Republic. Her practice and professional training is focused on Labor Law, with a postgraduate degree in Labor Law (Universidad de Montevideo). Former Prof. Applicant Associated in the subject Labor Law and Social Security at the Faculty of Law (Catholic University of Uruguay).
His experience includes advising companies on labor relations and definition of human resources policies, as well as on the negotiation and drafting of employment contracts and collective agreements, evacuation of queries, representation in litigation, and assistance in both individual and collective conflicts before the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
She specializes in the management of collective labor matters and in particular union disputes. She has advised and represented both national and international companies in important union negotiations in different sectors, playing a key role in planning and strategy.
