Graduated in Philosophy and Postgraduated in Management Information Systems, my whole professional career has been mainly focused on the Internet industry since 1997. Specifically in projects related to virtual communities, communities of practice and Professional Social Networks.
As General Manager of Comunidad de Profesionales Internet, SA (ICTnet), I was responsible for the strategic and economic direction of the company as well as negotiating content and sponsorship agreements.
ICTnet was acquired in 2008 by Viadeo, a Professional Social Network with over 50 million users. Working as Head of Communications and Partnerships for Spain allowed me have a great insight of the Social Networking and Social Media phenomenon and expand my experience as a communicator and spokesperson for the company.
