Ira Cohen, P.A. Attending The International Trademark Association Annual Meeting
Pragma Member Ira Cohen, Esq., of Ira Cohen, P.A. is pleased to announce that he will be attending the International Trademark Association (“INTA”) Annual Meeting for 2024, this month, in Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A., from May 18-24, 2024.
Founded well over one hundred years ago, in 1878, INTA is a non-profit membership association dedicated to the support and advancement of trademarks and related intellectual property. Welcoming between 10,000-15,000 attendees, from over 130 countries, at its Annual Meeting in May of each year, INTA hosts five (5) awesome days of educational programs, committee meetings, exhibits, networking opportunities, and social events.
In February, Attorney Cohen presided as a judge for INTA at its annual law school IP Moot Court Competition, held in N.Y. City. This year, in Atlanta, apart from engagement in committee meetings and participation in academic courses, Cohen will be meeting with IP lawyers from across the globe (from Chile to China). He also will be serving as Moderator for a legal practitioner’s event about Non-Traditional Trademarks (Sights, Sounds, Smells, Tastes, Textures, etc.) on May 22nd.
Ira will be pleased to greet any Pragma Members that are attending INTA. Please contact him, in advance, of your intention to travel to “The Big Peach” so that a meeting can be planned.
