Guilherme Setoguti is specialized in litigation, arbitration and business laws.
He holds a Master’s degree and a PhD Degree in Law from USP. Professor of Corporate Litigation at INSPER – LLM and IBMEC/SP.
Author of books and papers, and member of the team of arbitrators at CAM-FIEP. Counsel and former Chairman of the Business Law Commission of the “Movimento de Defesa da Advocacia – MDA”. Associate of the Institute of Applied Corporate Law (“Instituto de Direito Societário Aplicado – IDSA”). Member of the TMA Brazil - Turnaround Management Association. Associated with the Institute of Procedural Law (IBDP). Member of the Center for Advanced Process Studies (CEAPRO). Member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr). Associated with the Brazilian Institute of Business Law (IBRADEMP).
