Rachel is a Partner and a member of our Litigation & Dispute Resolution department
Rachel heads our Contentious Probate and Trusts / Court of Protection team.
Rachel has 12 years’ of litigation experience, often involving extremely sensitive and emotionally challenging subjects, and acting for vulnerable clients. She has extensive experience of dealing with the difficult family dynamics that can regularly be found at the root of the matters she acts on, as well as supporting clients through what is usually a very difficult time. Her cases often involve additional elements such as discrimination, harassment and defamation.
In addition, Rachel’s claims relate to Property, Land and Estates, often arising in relation to an initial probate, trust or Court of Protection dispute, and she has experience of acting in complex litigation. She is adept at identifying imaginative and novel solutions to her cases, including seeking equitable or practical remedies, and by enterprising use of Civil Procedure.
Rachel also acts in relation to Inquests and associated claims.
