Jason holds an LLB degree from the University of South Africa and has a Certificate in Debt Counselling from the University of Pretoria. He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of the Republic of South Africa and has a wealth of experience in litigation in the High Courts, Magistrates Courts, and Labour Courts. Jason is the joint Managing Director of the company and leads the Insolvency, Labour Law and Commercial Litigation Departments of the company.
He has a wealth of experience in insolvency enquiries, arbitrations and mediations as well as extensive experience in litigation in the High Court, Commercial Court, Magistrates’ Courts and various other tribunals. In addition, Jason has sat as a board member and chairman of various local and multi-national companies. He has extensive experience in all fields of litigation. He further is very well versed and handles the company’s transport / maritime law department as well as appears regularly in the CCMA and Labour Courts.
